The heavy end of the FX winch line, built the same way as the smaller models with heavier cable and more pulling capacity. These winches are sized for bigger timber and bigger tractors.
The FX110 pulls 11,000 lbs and suits tractors from 50 to 90 HP. The FX140 pulls 14,000 lbs and needs 80 to 120 HP. Both carry 165 feet of steel cable, 7/16 inch on the FX110 and 1/2 inch on the FX140.
Suits serious woodlot work, farm forestry, and contractors who skid larger stems on a regular basis.
