About the Jawbone 4-in-1 Buckets
The Jawbone is a 4-in-1 excavator bucket that digs, grades, grips and works as a clamshell. It looks like a regular digging bucket, but a hydraulic rotary actuator inside the crossbar gives it the holding power of a hydraulic thumb, with no custom installation. It handles logs, rocks and scrap, and it can load and dump straight down, which suits swampy material handling.
Two different cutting edges on one bucket let the operator switch between digging and ditching without changing buckets. The grip holds through the full rotation of the bucket, right to roll out, which suits demolition picking, sorting and transferring. The Jawbone Compact brings the same design to smaller excavators.
