Kraken Pulverizers
The Kraken Concrete Pulverizer is a fully mechanical attachment for crushing concrete. Because it needs no auxiliary hydraulics, it runs off the stick's curl force alone and is ready to work on any excavator it pins to, with a coupler or direct pin-on.
About the Kraken Pulverizers
The Kraken Concrete Pulverizer is a fully mechanical attachment for crushing concrete. Because it needs no auxiliary hydraulics, it runs off the stick's curl force alone and is ready to work on any excavator it pins to, with a coupler or direct pin-on.
The jaws are set in a 3-over-4 or 4-over-5 configuration. Longer centre teeth concentrate force at first penetration for the initial break, then the secondary teeth crumble the concrete into manageable pieces while flow-through channels push broken material through the jaws. Serrated Hardox 400 pinch plates help pick, hold and carry fine material and debris.
The range covers excavators from 24,000 to 160,000 lbs with weights from 2,000 to 12,500 lbs. An optional bolt-on rebar shear cuts rebar while the jaws crush, and a three-position support bracket adjusts the lower jaw angle.
